I have been a therapist over 10 years. I bring a diverse background to my current work and worldview. My clinical experience has been focused on men. My work history includes owning/operating small businesses as well as leadership roles in large corporations (Fortune 100). Themes in my work: I believe change is possible. Sometimes change is easy, often it is hard. Nothing can substitute for the power of forward momentum—starting and moving. It takes courage to recognize and accept reality. It is possible to be in relationships in new and different ways. Personal growth, while difficult, is worth it.
